So, WHAT exactly is faith?
Read Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Furthermore turn to Hebrews 3:11: “So I declared on oath in my anger,
‘They shall never enter my rest,” to understand why the Hebrews wandered for forty years after leaving slavery and Egypt.
They spent forty years in the wilderness going around in circles because they weren’t in faith. Anything not of faith is a sin. You need to ask God for forgiveness so he will listen to you.
Sin can harden your heart and reduce or cut off your relationship with God.
And don’t add “buts” when you are saying, for example, that you are sorry.
How does one obey in the end? By staying in faith.
